Types of Returns

Non-Defective Return

If you would like to exchange or return non-defective products, they must be returned in the same packaging, unwashed, unused, and in re-sellable condition. Items must have been purchased within the last 45 days. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.

Select the products you are returning and tell us a little bit about why you're returning them, choose a return method and submit your return. You can download the shipping label and it will also be e-mailed to you.

Print the shipping label, pack up your items, (include the second page in the box), and bring the box to the carrier drop location shown on the label. We will have a record of the tracking number. The $7.00 fee for the return label will be deducted from your refund. Our pre-paid return labels are only for use in the United States.

If you choose Self Return, you may use the shipping carrier of your choice and will be responsible for paying postage. Please keep a record of the tracking number.

Defective Product Return

If you received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please reach out to our Customer Service department at Contact Us page so we can help with a return label and process a replacement.

Refund Policy

  • Time - Items must have been purchased within the last 45 days. Full orders refused and/or returned by the customer will receive a refund when the returned items arrive at our order center and are processed (less any shipping fees paid).
  • Method Of Refund - Once processed, refunds will be returned to the same form of payment used to make the purchase.
  • Product Condition - The Natural Baby Company is happy to refund your money for products that are returned new in the original, undamaged package within 45 days of purchase. Items must be new in box/unopened/like new in order to return.
